Hello, why my pc show to format my pen drive?

Why? Probably because the flash drive is corrupted and needs to be replaced.

Yeah.. Then how can I replace it? I tried so many card recovery softwares too.. But nothing show any files from my pen drive.. I need all the datas in my pen drive. Please
