Using Hotmail on phone Mexico

Hello,

my daughter set up a Hotmail account on her phone before going to Mexico. To use her hotmail account does she put it into her phone using ***@*** or is there something she is missing. Also how many times can she try login before it closes her down. What is the procedure to then reset her password if her phone number changes.

Did she create the account on her phone? If so, that is going to be tough.

Set it up on a desktop first. Has she left already? There are a number of things that will prevent a connection, for security reasons.
