OK, well we are volunteers, and we can help when we get enough details. I would guess that you didn't pay your bill. Anymore details that you wish to add in so that we can really troubleshoot the issue, or should we leave it to you not paying your bill? Please, think about what it take to answer your question, unless you are making a demand, and in that case, there is nothing we can do!
