Hello Paul_paul123,
Have you made any hardware changes to your PC recently? I also would like to know whether you have updated the BIOS to a newer version. Sometimes the new versions of BIOS make the older components not to work. If it's your case, you should probably revert to it's original settings.
Also, have you checked if your cooling system is working fine? If there are problems with the powers supply unit, it might also result in PC failure.
Hope I gave you some ideas.
