Yahoo Mail change mobile number to retrieve my account

Hello,
I forgot my password and the #'s associated to my account are no longer active. The Philippines number is only temporary and I don't have the sim anymore. My Qatar number deleted by moderator is no longer active as well because I am back in Philippines.

I really need to retrieve my email please.
I can even answer the security questions if needed.

Help me please.
