Hacker has possession of my gmail and fb accounts

hello

a hacker has posession of both my gmail and facebook, has created a moneygram ID in my name, is forwarding my gmail to a new yahoo account in my name. Lots of very sesitive files, documents, attachments that i really dont want him to get. Desperate to regain access to my gmail account and change security details but have been through all the steps to get it and unfortunately dont think i could answer the gmail form sufficiently - eg couldnt remeber when i started using my account

any help so appreciated

as for facebook i really really want this back too as have my business pages set up from it - all steps failed including asking friends to help - the codes facebook sent to the selected 3 friends were corrupt, links broken, or never came through, now i am utterly stumped

PLEASE HELP!!!
