Doesnt boot to windows

Hello,

Please I need help with my laptop, it only boot to dos but doesn't boot to windows instead will only show blank screen nothing more when its passes the dos stage. Someone should please help out

We really should help, I agree!

Go into your bios and load defaults. Does it boot now? If not, check the boot order has your harddrive first!
