have you try entering in safe mode and using system restore which is by pressing F8 while computer is booting
if tat doesnt work this calls for drastic measures removing your hard drive and backing up your data iif ur data is not important you can jus skip right to using the system restore or system reboot cd tat comes wit your laptop if you dont have one head to yoour laptop maker website and talk to supporter and let them send you one

try hitting F8 at boot up and log on in safe mode then run your antivirus software and scans.
