Hello,
when power is on sound is coming from laptop (like tak tak) bt black screen is appearing .
DELL INSPIRON WINDOWS 7 I5 PROCESSOR

I appears your hard drive might have failed. A local PC repair shop should be able to replace it and reinstall Windows.
