Hi Junjun,
So the screen simply does not turn on, or you can see at least the initial screens? There may be some RAM memory issue going on. Is the laptop under warranty? If it is, contact the reseller. In case this is some specific HP related issue, I suggest you to check the manufacturer's forums.
