Restarting of laptop

This is zarrar ...
Since I have shut down my laptop (dell inspiron i5) in a proper manner . and today morning when I am pressing power button a kind of sound(like click sound) is coming 3 times and and laptop is not getting started... What might be the reason pls help me ..

I think you talk about 3 beeps sound, if you are good at removing RAM at the backside of you laptop do it. Follow the steps:

1) Switch off the laptop
2) Remove the RAM and reseat it properly again
3) switch on the laptop
