Loding win xp

Hello,



I tried to install windows xp professional on my toshiba system. I made my first bootable device as cd rom and the second as HDD. The system boots from the cd and shows that setup is loading the files. And immediately after that a blue screen pops up and says a message. I'm not able to move further. the message states something like this setup could not continue if this is the first time...........chect for viruses on ur computer......run chkdsk-f....and so on....
So please somebody help me out in solving out this issue.How can I install windows.Is it possible. I am waiting for ur reply.....

Answer my following questions:

1) Why you need to install windows xp now?
2) It is new pc? or old one?
3) If old what is the previous OS you using?
4) You have CD's for the OS you using?

i just installed call of duty :black ops in my pc..........when I open it ....it says "it appears call of duty:black ops did not quit properly last time it ran.do you want to run the game in safe mode?this is recomended for most people.it will change your system setting but not your controls.yes or no."................will anyone pls helpme to solve this.

XP Won't start, not even in safe mode

Hi,

My windows XP won't start. I shutted down the computer yesterday, today when I started it it will run till the windows boot screen, when the bar reaches the end the screen will stay black and nothings happens

I tried to boot in safe mode but after loading the drivers it just stays there as well and wont go on with the boot.

I wanted to repair the system with the Windows XP CD-ROM but I'm not given the option to repair. After it starts all the devices needed, i'm presented with the partitions I have on my PC to choose in which to install windows, if I pick one I can format and install or just install.

Is there a way to run a repa...
