Pendrive shows file empty but pen drive is full

Hello,
how can I solved that problems? I have some important project to do for my studies and now I have some times to look into it. it shows file empty but pen drive is full.... its really important for me still a student in cooking.. all my receips and personal work in that even a book also.. I am in a problem now
