No signal input on monitor screen

Monitor says no input signal removed ram and cleaned also removed CMOS battery three beeps when pc switched on sound coming from speakers ie music replaced vga cable should I purchase a new battery or monitor?please help

Hi the make is fujitsu/Siemens and the model is scaleoP it's an older model, thanks

Are you sure there are only three beeps and not four? Any pauses between the beeps ?
