i'd guess you'd be lucky to play it at 10fps at 800x600 on that rig in medium/low

for all those with less than the 2.4ghz dual processors:
I currently can run on medium settings Grand Theft Auto 4- game play is fine, will lag a little when a lot of vehicles are on screen, but this doesn't slow to the point where it pisses me off.
I have a
Core: AMD atholon 64 x2 Dual core 4200+
Ram: 4 GB ram
Graphics card: ATI Radeon 512 MB hd 2600 xt (yes this is a PCIe version only I believe w/DDR3 ram) oc'd at 850mhz processor and 750 mhz mem.
Power Supply: 880 watt PSU
OS: Using Windows XP SP3 (I do not intend to devolve to vista or I7 anytime soon).
It would seem that even if one of your specs is mildly lagging that if the other two are OK or a little better that this game will run.
I might swap out to a better processor later on though.
