I have a laptop that keeps restarting itself, please I need a solution. Thanks

Whether the restart happens after entering into windows or only windows logo appear?

No, it goes off before it gets to windows welcome page

Press F8 continuously after starting up of your pc until you got safe mode screen.

I have tried several times, still goes off. Once i load to save mode and it started reading those files it goes off again

It means that your windows crashed. Did you have windows CD?

Try windows repair, if not work you have to reinstall windows.
