NO screen need to hard reset or factory reset

Hello,

I have a Toshiba laptop my screen is messed up as in the backlight turns on but nothing else no logo no sign in nothing I want to factory reset it but because I cant see anything on the screen i cant use zero or any of the options I have found online please I really need to hard reset or factory reset whatever it is it is called HELP

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I've already tried that the screen has a hardware malfunction so only the back light stays on but the screen is completely black no start up screen either

Factory reset will not solve the issue.

Try to connect to another monitor.
