Dell inspiring 15-3521

Hello,
Sir, I was shut off my laptop last night that time it works good but in the morning when I am try to open my laptop it open till the windows loading and shut off again and again. I was also try to hard reboot as holding 45 second power bottom without power source it does not work.another thing when I plugin charger it's not show charging now it is not issue for me coz in window 10 when laptop fully charged it does not show power cord plugin.
