Hi Santosh,
Could you tell me if the drive is visible in Disk Management? It is a good sign that the drive is working when used with USB connection. I would recommend you to backup all important data. Have you checked if the drive is working on another PC, using SATA connection? If it is, the issue may be coming from your laptop's cables or the laptop's BIOS. I would restore it to its defaults.

yes i placed it in another laptop and its working very fine and also i connected it with usb sata and its working but any hard disk is not working with my laptop i placed in other laptops hdd in my laptop but it is also not workng in my laptop but same hdd is workng very fine in other laptop.

So, in that case, the issue may be related to some cable or to the motherboard. You should consult a technician in order to find the source of the problem. When you connect a new hard drive in your laptop, do you check if it is visible in BIOS? Have you tried restoring BIOS to its defaults?
