Hello,

Try this 1

If there is no proper cooling to the CPU, this will also lead to shutdown

as a precaution. So may be because of overheating, it's getting

shutdown. Clean all the vents, blow out with canned air.

Remove the power adapter and the battery from your laptop. Open the

laptop case to access the CPU Fan and the heat sink. Remove all the

dust from the Fan and also from the heat sink. Never run your laptop on

bag & bed. Sides, back and bottom must be clear.

If possible remove the old thermal paste from the CPU and apply a new

thermal paste for better heat conductivity.

Also make sure that CPU Fan is running.

Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
1) First make sure that you never run your laptop on bag & bed. Sides, back and bottom must be clear
2) Let me know your laptop brand name and complete model number.
3) When it gets turned off, check at the bottom of your laptop and let me know if you can feel the overheating.
Good Luck
