Laptop shuts down BSOD

I tried everything, I don't care for my data so i thought i'd refresh it, But when ever i do it'll start but under 5-10 seconds my laptop will shut down, And some of the options will shut my PC and some bring me back the blue screen.

Answer my questions:

1) Operating system?
2) Make and model of your laptop?
3) From when this problem start happens?
4) Did you recently install any new hardware or software?
5) Did you able to enter into BIOS?
6) Did you hear beeps?
