Do you get this screen on startup? If so, there may be an issue with your hard drive and the system is trying to solve it, using the chkdsk command, but unfortunately it seems that cannot complete it. Is it possible to bypass this test, perhaps by using Safe Mode? I advise you to check the topic below. There is a Command Prompt command that may disable the startup check: chkntfs /x c:
You should change c with your primary partition’s drive letter. For more suggestions, check the link.
