Folder lock damaged

I were using folder lock version 5.9.0.0, Now I couldn't run folder lock. When I am trying to open folder lock app, it shows some fatal error window which says boxfile corrupted. And I tried all possible ways which are suggested here in ccm.net. I got the locked folder back using regedit and folder settings. But I couldn't uninstall the app, because of password protection, it says "folder lock cannot be uninstalled without a correct password.To uninstall it, run the main program , enter your correct password, then click the options and then click the uninstall button." But I know my password. My problem is how could I fix folder lock or uninstall?? can you please help me??please.. I am new to here in ccm, so I dont know the rules and regulations.
