Hello,
2 week old laptop, the battery is good and so is the adapter. We did the hard restart already. I'm a photographer and all my files are on the computer!!! Please help

Hello Kg,
If your laptop is still under warranty I suggest you to bring it to the merchant where you bought it and make RMA. If you open the laptop, it will cancel the warranty and you won't get your money back. If the data on the drive is so important you could bring it to a data recovery company or other PC technician to take out the drive and connect it as an external one in another PC.
