Hello,
My pendrive sandisk still not detecting in my pc and other computers.I have already checked the way which you told above.In device manager there are 5 USB root hubs and my pendrive still not visible.what to do?

Sadly, it is not a good sign that the pendrive is not visible on multiple PCs. So, right now the pendrive is not visible in Device Manager? Is it visible in Disk Management? Do you have valuable data on the drive and is formatting the drive an option? In general, it could be a good idea to uninstall those UBS hubs and restart the PC. You can even search for USB driver updates. Since the issue appears on other PC, it is not very likely to be a driver issue, but you should check that.
