Windows starting problem

Hello,




i have downloaded and installed 360 total security in my laptop and allowed it as start up item and i shut it down and after some time i had opened it and started but it is not coming it is dell laptop. after opening it just dell is appearing and windows is
not getting started i dont know what to do.
so i wll be glad to you if u help me in this rega

Did you able to enter into safe mode with command prompt?
