In order to be able to help you in a better way I need more information regarding your problem. Can you , please share what type error code do you get on your screen when trying to copy files? What type of OS have you got and where would you like to copy your files to?
I also would like to know if you're talking about and external or internal drive. What is the size of the copied files?
