Hey there, DEEPAK.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it seems like you've already tried all the options that might have been helpful. Sometimes when flash drives and memory cards fail, they just lock themselves like this and whatever you try turns out to be to no avail.
I'd recommend that you try to RMA it if it's still under warranty.
