hi buddy,
I have the same problem as you and I hope this solution will work for you as well....
click start than tape run in the cheach bar than on run tape cmd and hit enter.
once in the pront command
tape;:
_ diskpart
than enter and tape:
_ list disk
enter than look the number assigned to your usb
disk 1 or disk 2 or 3
if disk 1 for exemple you tape:
_select disk 1
enter than tape:
_attributes disk clear readonly
than enter and than tape:
_exit
enter and
_ exit
enter than now you can try to format again.
