No signal to monitor from GPU and Motherboard

Hello,

Just built my first computer. Using a DVI cord on both the GPU and monitor, tried both DVI ports on the GPU, no signal from either of them. GPU fans spin, CPU fan spins, Case fan spins, already tried booting with only one RAM stick.

Tried both of my ram sticks alone in each of the slots. I get three beeps from my case speaker each time I tried it. Does this mean my RAM sticks are bad?
