Issue with sound on hp laptop Closed

Hello, 

Hi I am getting a message on my laptop no audio output device is installed n there is no sound. I have restored my laptop but it didn't work. Can anyone please suggest if this is fixable and how? Thanks

OK, how did you "Restore" it? It sounds like you are missing a driver. What is the manufacturer of the PC? Have you went to that makers website and seen what drivers your machine needs? Most manufacturers have a self support scan that will identify problems. Start there.
