Pendrive not getting detected

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.

hi Buddy,
Did you try all USB port?
if yes, I guess you have a drivers problem.
if your laptop have access to internet connect your pendrive in one port than click start>right click on computer>click Manage...
than when the computer manage Windows show look on the menu in your left you will see divice manager click on it than you will see the drive of your usb with a yellow tag on it, so right click on it than update drive software> search automatic and wait....
