Hi Viral,
Low level formatting tools should work on every hard drive. To be sure about that, search for similar software on the hard drive manufacturer’s web page. Low level formatting erases all data on the hard drive. After doing it, you should reinstall Windows.
Could you tell me what was the error message? Low level formatting sometimes solves minor hard drive issues. My advice is reinstall Windows and check if everything works as expected.
