Lack of success on multiple computers would indicate you have burned-out the memory. There is no known way to recover the data.

Hi MAK,
Sadly, it appears that the USB has been damaged physically because of some power related issue. It is hard to say if the problem comes from the PC or from the failed USB drive, but keep in mind that this could happen to other devices connected to the same port.
As xpcman said, there is no way to retrieve the data if the USB is burned out. In order to confirm the drive’s condition or to try to save some data, you should contact a data recovery company.

Hello MAK,
The USB drive might have burned and dead, this is the only reason that its not working on other systems. You can seek data recovery company to regain data and maintain regular data backup.
