How to start laptop again BSOD

Hello
After restarting my laptop I was changing the settings and then it shut downed suddenly when I plug in the charger into the laptop a blue screen pops up and was written a moment please ...I waited for 1 hour but nothing happend :( please help me

Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

What is the laptop's make and model?

What is your operating system?
