Hello,

The sound on my new Asus laptop is not working. I am using Windows 10. I was watching a video and it made a loud pop noise and now it will not work. I have tried checking the sound options but that did nothing. Please help me!

Hi Robynn,

In this case you have to uninstall your driver and install it again actually Window 8.1 and 10 both have driver issues that is why you are facing such issue.
