wifi and LAN connected system are not ping Closed

Hello, 
I am using a d-link modem for broadband network connection that contains wi-fi option also. I have a problem in wifi and LAN connected system are not ping.

ex. LAN connected system's IP : 192.168.1.26

wi-fi connected system ip : 192.168.1.40
 those aren't pinging. so plz give me some answers to solve these things.

What is the client IP?  What is the gateway address?  what do you get when you release and renew?
