Single user can connect to my teracom modem WIFI attach to BSNL

Hello,

My WIFI with teracom modem attached to BSNL broadband services having higher plan (rs. 1400+) can not connect more than one user [laptop or mobile etc] concurrently.
What wrong?

I would suggest contacting your ISP for questions such as these. There maybe a setting that is limiting your connections based on your contact. contact them.
