Hello Bijay
Please, follow these steps:
1. Open command prompt
2. Type the following:
attrib -s -h -r X: /*.* / s / d
Then hit "Enter" and wait about for some seconds. Beware that you must respect the spaces between the words and script. You'll have to change the letter X with that has been assigned to the USB device by your PC /that you can see it in My Computer. It can be anything, depends on each computer./
3. Finally, browse the flash drive and delete the "RECYCLER" folder and if there is another one called "Autorun" you have to delete that too.

Try this 1
Check if the files are not in hidden mode.
Click on "Start" -->Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
Here I assume your pendrive drive letter as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* --> Press Enter
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and
paste it.
Note : Replace the letter g with your pen drive letter.
Now check your pen drive for the files.
Check if the files are not in hidden mode.
Click on "Start" -->Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
