Lost mails after upgrade

dear sir
I would appreciate some help on trying to find lost emails.The problem is when i upgraded to windows10 from both 7.sp1 and 8.1 my emails from gmail did not transfer and i am hoping i can get some help to retrieve them i would be very grateful

Hi Grumpypop,

If you were using Outlook then you need to open Window explorer and go to C:Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. Your all old files should be there.
