Laptop do not open

Hello,

I bought a new laptop inspirion 5758 model. The AC adapter light is on (green) when i plugged but when i try to connect with laptop the AC adapter light goes off. Is anybody can help me, what should i do?

Two days ! Well it is still under warranty. I suggest you return it. We may fix it here, but you may have purchased a lemon.
