Can't move cursor while typing/using the keyboard

Hello,

So I have this problem where I couldn't move my cursor while typing when using my touchpad. I looked at a lot of websites and they all tell me to go to mouse - device settings - settings - and then tick palm check. My problem is just that I don't have anything like sensitivity or anything. I only have Overview and Buttons in my settings. Are there any other way to fix this problem? It's really bothering me when I'm playing games that require both the keyboard and the mouse.

Hello

From what I have gathered through the years on this forum, it's a recurrent issue with laptops which is due to a circuit problem. I suggest you consult a technician.

Hello,
I just noticed that all of the sudden my keyboard acts up. When I try to type letters, it will automaticly type numbers aswell.
For accemple, when I hit the ''Z'' key it will type Z1. It does this with the Z X C V B N M , . And / keys.

Also, my ''O'' key quit stopped working.

I tried all the regular stuff, like pressing the shift / Numlock / control / F1 (etc) keys, and even deleting and re-installing the keyboard drivers but it's stll the same.

And no, I did not spill any fluid over my laptop :P

I run Windows 7 (legit) on a HP 2160 DV Laptop.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Bad day!
Hello, I would like to have some help on my keyboard, my laptop brand is Dell and it has no numlock which I found out as I surf the internet to be a key to solve this issue.
Your suggestion towards this issue is a great help . Thank you
