Hi there Country,
Please share what kind of steps have you performed to unfreeze the the laptop? It's interesting.
Have you experienced any power outages recently while the laptop was working?
The reason for the random freezes could be related to a couple of factors like:
- overheating problem
- failing hard drive
- problem with the power supply block on the motherboard of the laptop
Please, check if the fan is spinning correctly. You can mesure the temperature of the CPU and GPU with a tool designed to do that.
Regrarding the hard drive, you could perform the following command in Command prompt opened as an administrator:
chkdsk /r
Hope this helps. Cheers.
