Specifi keys not working on brand new hp laptop

Hello,

I have a problem with my brand new hp laptop where these keys are not reponding :

Caps lock - B - N - 7 - F8 - F12

These keys were working for a little while but all of a sudden they stopped working with no reason whatsoever.

I have rebooted the laptop system restored even tried to reformat but these specific keys dont work even when doing system diagostic ....

How could it be that the keyboard is faulty I have never ever spilled anything plus the laptop is brand new ...
