Cannot sync videos onto my ipod

Hello,
I got my ipod nano 8gb 4th generation about a month ago. I put songs on it fine and then i downloaded some videos and when i plugged in my ipod and tried to sync them a message came up saying "itunes has encountered an error and needs to close." i kept trying but then that message started coming up as soon as i plugged in my ipod. heaps of different problems have been happeneing and now i can't even play any songs on my ipod:(.

hi,
uninstall iTunes and then install it again.
this should fix the problem.

Try to select the movie in the movie section on iTunes, right click it, get info, video, then change to "movieclip"

Its probably the itunes version.Try reinstalling a newer version of itunes and then sync your ipod from the new itunes.

Hello,

My iPod turns on fine. My songs appear fine on it. But as soon as I click on play button, it starts acting weird. It does not play songs. When I try to forward the songs, it just resets itself.

I have tried everything possible but nothing seems to work. My iTunes does not detect my iPod. So, I cannot even reset it. And when I reset it manually, nothing happens. It just stays the same as before.

Please help!

Hello,

I recently installed RealPlayer software SP. The "download this video" icon appears and if I click on it to download my favorite video, it says "unable to download".

Earlier, I was able to download videos using the RealPlayer software. But, I am unable to use it now. Please help!

Can't watch videos from YouTube but I can still hear the sound

Hello,

I have a strange problem with youtube. Videos that I could see before now I can hear only the sound. And this is happening since last week end. The funny thing is that videos with advertisements works good. I tried to run again the computer or also to restart my computer from a certain point in the past losing the latest updates and I thought I could work. It worked but only for one day.

Please someone helps me.

I own an Apple 80 GB iPod video and recently got 2 new labtops, so I got rid of my old desktop computer. one of them is a vista, one is an xp. I made sure all of the updates/driver updates were installed then downloaded and installed the latest version of iTunes 8. when I tried to plug my ipod into my computer (i tried on both computers) it will pop up a ballon saying this usb device cannot be reconized and will not show up in windows or itunes and does not charge. in device manager it will come up as usb mass storage device and say that no drivers are installed for this device. this problem is not with my computer or the cord because I have borrowed a friends ipod a...

WhatsApp videos won't play after getting new phone

Hello, My issue is that I got a new iPhone this past January, and all videos that were sent to me on WhatsApp before then will not play, download, etc. I assume it's because they were not properly backed up on my old phone, so I can't play them on my new phone. Is there anything I can do to restore them? Thank you so much!
