Laptop entire keyboard went out

Hello,
I just recently purchased a refurbished HP15 laptop and the entire keyboard went out. The mouse reappeared but the key didn't work. I did the battery trick you mentioned in prior posts but when I replaced the battery the laptop did not come back on it is just dead. What should I do?

About the only thing you can do is return it for warranty service.
