Letter 'a' on keyboard of Acer Aspire E1-572 laptop not working

Can someone please help with solution to this problem. Nothing appears on the screen when the key is pressed.

All other letters on the keyboard are functioning normally.

It's due to a circuit problem. Cleaning is in order. I suggest you consult a technician.
