Hi,
You have to use the command prompt for this:
Go to command prompt a.k.a CMD, then type:
cd c:\Locker
attrib -H -S Con.alfa.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
With the help of above command you can see your file.
rename \.\c:\Locker\Con.alfa.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} alfa
With the help of above command your file unlocked to c:\Locker\alfa
