Codes for some letters in windows 7

I have problems with my keyboard, the letters a, q and z does not work anymore, do anybody knows how to set some keys to writte this letters in w7?

No, it does not. In fact, every time i have to use those letters i make a copy-paste them from other place.

It looks like a circuit issue to which only a technician can look into, could be just dirt or oxidation.
