You may want to look at the "format" of your drive. It's possible it's something other than what MSWin recognizes.

Hi Memon,
I would recommend you to check the drive on another PC. Open Disk Management and check if the drive has a correct file format and drive letter. Can you confirm that there is data in the USB drive? Is there some occupied space but with invisible folders? Try accessing the USB drive while in Safe Mode.
Another thing to try:
Open Command Prompt and type attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* where g should be the USB drive’ drive letter. I leave you a link with some more suggestions:
